DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS

Because each piece is handmade (not mass-produced), I understand that small imperfections or unexpected issues can occasionally occur. Your satisfaction means the world to me, and I’ll always do my best to make things right.

If your jewelry arrives damaged or breaks due to a defect, please reach out within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Email me at contact@alrome.com, and I’ll work with you on a solution.
